Amsterdam Leidse - Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions      
1. Pets and organising parties are forbidden.
2. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the bookings confirmation.
3. Please behave like 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbour's! Don't play loud music, scream and shout, etc.
4. If the Renter violates the above terms, the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
5. The Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment at any time.
6. A copy off all passports will be made during check-in. 
7. The guests will receive the apartment in a clean and proper condition and are expected to return it in the same condition. 
8. We do not accept group bookings of 6 people or more. 
9 . We have an age restriction, only 18 to 45 year olds permitted
10. On arrival it is not possible to cancel and the whole amount must be paid.

Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
Credit cards: Not accepted on location

PAYMENTS:

30% pre-payment upon booking with bank transfer. 
The pre-payment must be credited into the accommodation provider's account within 7 days from booking. 
Final Payments are in Cash on arrival. 
KEY DEPOSIT:
A Euro 100 per key damage deposit is required; this is refunded when the key is returned.  
CANCELLATION POLICY:

30% pre-payment is non-refundable. 
Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival: 20 Euro (or 15 GBP) 
Cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival: 30% of the whole stay 
Cancellation 14 to 4 days before arrival: 50% of the whole stay 
No show or cancellation 3 days before arrival: whole stay charge 
Additional Information
